Cocktail Jelly (Agar-Agar Cocktail)

2 tins cocktail
2 packs agar-agar
2400 ml water
15 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
200g evaporated creamer

Wash and soak 2 packs of ‘agar-agar’ while the water boils

Separate fruits cocktail and cocktail water (will acquire 400ml cocktail water from 2 tins cocktail)
Mix 400ml cocktail water with 200g evaporated creamer

Boil the ‘agar-agar’ in approximately 2400 ml of water until the ‘agar-agar’ dissolves
Stir in 15 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and mixture of cocktail water + evaporated creamer (Make sure the ingredients well mixture)

Pour into moulds and put the fruits cocktail inside and stir well
Leave it to cool and then place in fridge for few hours 
Garnish and Serve
