Triple A Dessert (Agar Agar Amalin)

Triple A Dessert (Agar Agar Amalin)
Methods :
Soak a pack of ‘agar-agar’ while the water boils.

Boil in approximately 1400 ml of water until the ‘agar-agar’ dissolves. 
(Tips : water can extra 10 ml, mean can be 1410 ml)

Stir in 9 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt and 3 tbsp cocoa or the quantity as you preferred. 
In this recipe, Chef Amalin uses Milo (cocoa), besides you may use any brand of cocoa.

Pour into moulds. Leave it to cool and then place in fridge for few hours.

Garnish and Serve.
