Resepi Sambal Udang Letupz

Hidangan : 5-6 orang

Ingredients:
1 kg udang saiz sederhana
5 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
½ inci halia
3-5 sudu cili kisar
2 sudu air asam jawa
5 sudu santan segar
Garam & gula secukup rasa

Method:
1-Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan halia yg telah ditumbuk lumat sehingga naik bau.

Enviro Run 2012

It has been quite some time I didn’t post entry on Running. My final run last time was McD Run 2012 and I didn’t post any entry about it. Bz perhaps. Hahaa. Currently, my fren and I plan to join Enviro Run 2012 in conjunction with Malaysia Environmental Week celebration. We had filled up the membership form of RAS (Rakan Alam Sekitar) and for those who interested to sign up may perform RAS online registration.

Dine in Panettone @ KL Sentral (6 October 2012)

As we hang around KL Sentral yesterday, we bump in Panettone. Hurm, before we sat dine in, I asked the waiter standing in the entrance of Panettone, “what is the special menu or signature of this café?” The waiter smile and he offered us weekends promotion menus. He didn’t tell me the signature menu or he possibly thought we didn’t have sufficient money to pay and lazy to treat us I guess hehehe (my assumption only).

Genting Highlands (30 Sept 2012, Sunday)

We went to Genting Highlands on last Sunday as to greet a visit from a fren. We bought a Golden Package ticket cost RM58 per pax which include bus ride (return) + skyway (return) + outdoor theme park pass. The bus ride to Genting took on an hour from KL Central. Then we travel on skyway about 15 minutes I guess. All along the skyway ride, we had a chance to feel the fresh green magnificent of Equatorial Forest (Hutan Khatulistiwa/Hutan Hujan Tropika).

Budget 2013

This coming Friday which is tomorrow, 28 September 2012 is a day we waiting for the Budget 2013 will be tabled at Parliament.

Resepi Ayam Terung Masam

Haha..mungkin ada yang tertanya-tanya buah pe tu? Ala-ala mangga ataw macam pisang kaki pun ader. Itulah dia sayur terung masam. Tak pasti la plak sesetengah tempat len panggil aper. Terung masam ini mudah diperolehi di kawasan Sarawak. Menurut sesetengah pendapat, terung ini hanya dapat ditanam oleh kaum Dayak Sarawak. Betul atau tidak pendapat itu, sendiri explore ek.
